Every creator goes through a multi-step vetting process: portfolio review, skill verification, test project, and reference checks. We only accept creators who meet our quality and reliability standards — that's why our on-time delivery rate is 98%.
Every project includes a structured revision process built into the brief. If the deliverables don't meet the agreed scope, your payment stays in escrow. Our team mediates any disputes and ensures a fair resolution for both sides.
When you approve a brief, your payment is held securely in SHŌ Escrow via Xendit. The creator only gets paid when you approve the final deliverables. If something goes wrong, our dispute resolution process protects your investment.
There's a transparent 5% client service fee on top of the creator's rate. No hidden charges, no subscription fees, no lock-in. You only pay when you post a brief and approve work.
Most briefs are matched within 24-48 hours. For urgent projects, we can fast-track matching to same-day. Our team handles the matching so you don't waste time filtering through hundreds of profiles.
